Diamond Solitaire Ring

What should it cost to repair a prong (or 6) on a diamond solitaire gold ring?

It is a white gold standard 6 prong solitaire ring. I've called several jewlers and gotten anywhere from $15 + $5 per prong to $30 per prong. How much is fair?
