Diamond Solitaire Ring

Where can I find a solitaire-style ring where the "diamond" is made out of platinum or white gold?

I saw an advertisement in a magazine a few years ago (maybe in In-Style?) and I haven't been able to find it since then. I think it a particular designer made such a ring.

1. I haven't ever seen a ring like that. I think that your best bet is to talk to a ring shop that will design rings. I looked for a ring like you explained, but no luck. I hope someone can find it for you, but if not find a local ring shop and daw up a design with them
